Twitches is locally owned and operated by a disabled Vet, his wife and a good family friend they met along the way of this little shop venture. Twitches is a growing brick & mortar shop that is located in downtown Junction City Kansas. Just outside of Ft. Riley. Twitches features a wide variety of  things handmade. They strive to be your one stop shop. Pretty much the only thing they can't do right now is hard metal and they are working hard to make that happen.

In 2020 they expanded their little shop by adding this e-commerce site.  Currently their brick & mortar shop houses about 20 vendors and is constantly changing.

They can recreate & customize just about anything, so if your looking for something specific and your not finding it or anything like it on their site or Facebook page all you need to do is send them an email at and they will  be happy to help you bring your creation to life.

Custom Order:  All custom orders are assembled and personalized and once it is built it is non-returnable as it cannot be sold to other customers due to the custom nature of the item in question.  However, if there is an error with engraving or personalization method utilized, due to an error on OUR part, you may request a return merchandise authorization to return the item within 15 days after the date your order was delivered and we will make any corrections at our expense with like or similar item that may be available. You must email the request to

 There is NO REFUNDS, even if the engraving is due to an error on our part. We will correct any errors, or re-engrave with the correction on a new item of similarity. Any spelling errors on the customer’s part are the responsibility of the customer. We only engrave what we are asked to engrave and as a general policy we do not proof or spell check text submitted by a customer as there are valid reasons to certain words being misspelled. You, the customer are responsible for return shipping and there is a possibility of a $5 to $10 correction fee depending on the piece size in question. These issues will all be handled and determined during our email/phone correspondences together.

 Upon request ONLY, will proofs of the orders before creation or completion will be submitted to the customer as a PDF or other image format through e-mail. If you request this the customer must sign off on the proof before any engraving or personalization will be performed. Please ensure you return the proofs to our company as quickly as possible as to not delay the shipping of your awards.

 Any returns/refunds accepted by our company that do not follow the above procedure are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping to our facility. There is a restocking fee that will be deducted from the credit issued back to the credit card and/or any checks that are cut as a result of the return/refund, before the credit is issued. The amount of the credit will be less due to the restocking. All returns/refunds must be done in the same calendar month as the order and must be requested VIA email @  for a refund to occur.

 (Example) If you ordered an item on the 15th you got it on the 20th of June, you must request via email (see above) for the refund by the 30th of June in order to get have one processed. The way our system payouts to our vendors after the 1st there is nothing we can do. However we will everything we can to get this matter corrected.
